drill file position/size problem

Hi

I am following sparkfun rule to create graber and excellon files

using sparkfun cam file sfe-gerb274x.cam

when trying to inspect the results in viewplot all the graber file are ok and align

but the drill file (when loaded) is more then 10 time size of other files

is this a problem? or I can submit it like that

how can it fixed?

The snapshot you showed for “load drill file” looks like it has a box to select the number of significant digits for the drill file. Try setting it to 1 higher.

The drill files don’t have decimal points in them; I suspect that’s why you have to specify the decimal settings when loading the file. I usually preview my gerbers/drills with a program called “gerbv” and the ones generated by the sparkfun rules always look perfect.
