Allright, so I received my design a day or two ago. It’s perfect, except that none of my drill holes were drilled, save one large one which is in the wrong place and ended up going through several surface contacts.
Prior to sending in my gerber files, I checked them by hand, and then with Viewmate and they looked perfect (though, one drill point was off by a small amount for some weird reason in Viewmate, but after re-exporting it it looked fine. I think I may have accidently fudged the file with Notepad or something), so I have no idea what’s wrong.
One of my friends has used Ultiboard with Sparkfun in the past and ended up with perfect PCBs.
