Eagle & BatchPCB

Hello, I am new in making boards. I have already designed one of my piece board and it is 30mm x 30mm and I want to put 15 of them in one board of 150mm x 90mm. My question is what tool should I use to make the lines where you v-score them. What size should the line be and what about the distance between the v-scoring line and the pieces. Do BatchPCB v-score if you ask them. I sure they would charge extra for them which I don’t have any problems with that.

BatchPCB won’t v-score your boards.

However, they’ll route between tiled boards in the same part. I did this a few months ago for some tiny breakout boards. I put the outlines in top silk and left 100 mil between each.

How do you mean they will route between tiled boards, can you explain a little more what it is? Do you have a screenshot of what that would look like?

I think i did six of one board, and four of another. They’ll route between each copy of the board in the file. As if you submitted them as individual boards, but possibly saving you money depending on the sizes.
