Each board is routed, v-score available on panel orders

The boards are inidividually finished with a very nice smooth edge. Nearly impossible to find from other PCB companies if you are doing multiple designs.

If you need v-scored boards, you will need to order an entire panel of 100 square inches. Please contact pcbquestions@sparkfun.com for a quote.

Is it possible to instruct the router to make cutouts?

Internal routes are not allowed.

Currently, this is very tricky and we are recommending against it. If you have a layout you would like to try I will submit it as an experiment.
