I have been looking all over for eagle files for the ATmega328 chip. I would settle for either the DIP or the TQFP, but I really need both. If anybody knows of a trustworthy library with them, I would love to know about it.

Search through the downloadable libraries at the Cadsoft website. If you don’t have any luck there, just make it yourself. You could have had it done while waiting for a response to your question.
