Eagle Professional PCB/Scehatic software?

Hello,

Do you know if it is possible to get .PDF prints of schematics with the “Eagle Professional” PCB layout software?

If not, do you know which is the cheapest schematic/PCB layout software which has .PDF printout facility?

Also, do you know if it is possible to import Orcad PCB layout files into Eagle Professional?

Also, do you know if it is possible to import Eagle Professional PCB Layouts into OrCAD?

Usually a free Gerber viewer has PDF export.

How come you haven’t tried it?

because i have Eagle Lite, and havent yet bought eagle pro.

I am doing smps design contract…i want to use eagle pro, but chief engineer tells me i must be compatible with orcad…so i am trying to find out if eagle pro is the one i need to buy…it certainly seems the cheapest

If it doesn’t have a native pdf converter, surely you could install any free pdf virtual printer, then just “print” from inside Eagle.

You can try it with Eagle lite. It’s no different than pro with the exception of the number of schematic sheets and the size of the board.
