I’m currently using Eagle to route a new board… I have a pretty good mix of SMD and thru-hole components. I notice that for my thru-hole pads the autorouter will route top layer traces to those pads. With the PCB deal, do the finished boards come with pads plated through and with the pad copper on top and bottom? I assumed that it would only have copper on the bottom, but the top traces seem to indicate otherwise.
