ESP32-C3 Pro Micro Hookup

All of the links on the Sparkfun Website for the Hookup Guide for the EP32-C3 Pro Micro Board (DEV-23484) do not work

Doe anyone have the guide, as I am struggling to get this board to work with the Arduino IDE, the board does not appear to come up in board manager

First you have to go to board preference and paste this link:

Then you have to go to board manager and type esp32.
