http://www.olimex.com/dev/avr-mt-128-test.zip looks like it will compile with CodeVision (a trial version of their compiler is available for download at http://www.delcomp.com/indexcv.htm.)
I made a couple modifications and built that example with avr-gcc, but didn’t try codevision.
