I placed an order yesterday and immediately e-mailed support@batchpcb asking for the order to be expedited. I have not received any kind of confirmation that the message was received, or that the order did indeed get expedited. Today I checked on my CC charges and noticed that I was charged for the regular price of the order, not the expedited charge, which would’ve been $10 more expensive.
So one begs the question, has my order been expedited? Was my e-mail received? Has it been ignored? I can’t afford to have this order take it’s due time of 20+ days for normal service.
So, no response from support@batchpcb, and no response here either. May as well change the message to say, “We do not offer any support, nor do we reply to emails or forum posts. We also reserve the right to tell you whether we expedited your order or not.” C’mon SFE, just because the service is cheap doesn’t mean you have to lower your customer service standard to that of Dell.
What is your email address? I ask so I can verify that your email was received and in our inbox. We only handle about 4-5 Expedited emails a day so for us to completely miss your email would be weird. Send it to support@batchpcb.com.
It’s been taken care of. I did e-mail support@batchpcb at the time the order was placed. The order was processed normally, either because no one saw my e-mail, or the powers that be decided it’s not meant to arrive at their INBOX. Either way, it’s already done and I’ve already gotten it back.
There is a second order that went in and I did receive confirmation, both via e-mail as well as my CC charges, that it’s been expedited. Thanks!
If you want to go back and check for my previous order, it was place on Oct. 20th. E-mail would’ve come from kirash4@gmail.com …
