Extremely Low Power Microcontroller + RF Platform for Energy Harvesting

I am looking for an extremely low power microcontroller and RF platform/development board. We want to be able to connect this board to our own custom PCB that handles the energy harvesting.

Going through the Development Tools tab on the SparkFun website, I came across boards like the SparkFun Pro nRF52840 Mini - Bluetooth Development Board (https://www.sparkfun.com/products/15025), but this is still too power hungry for our applications.

In terms of current consumption, we are aiming for the nA range for deep sleep and less than 100 uA while in active mode. Transmitting and receiving current could peak up to 30 mA.

Do any of you have recommendations for boards we should consider for our project?

Why not post some details about the voltage/current/total energy capabilities of the energy harvesting PCB?

If you are really serious about ultra low power operation, companies that are oriented towards hobbyists are not the best places to be looking, and you should consider a custom design.
