I placed an order a month or so ago that was a bit over $100 and had free shipping. Now today I’m trying to place another order for $102 and I get this error / warning during checkout:
FedEx Ground Economy shipping methods are unavailable at this time. Please contact your SparkFun sales representative if you feel this is an error.
I tried both logged in and as a non-logged in anonymous user, and when not logged in it actually appears no shipping is available at all. It also says the same thing about regular FedEx and USPS in that case.
Is this temporary and when will this be available again?
My zip code is 24382. It shows the warning about FedEx Ground Economy not being available whether logged in, or checking out in an incognito browsing window and entering everything from scratch.
When logged in it is using the exact same address you shipped to me free on Jan 5. It was saved in my account on that first order.
I re-added my address (my first address has the ZIP + 4 that your system added the additional 4 digits), but even without the +4 it still says FedEx Ground Economy is unavailable.
When I, from the shopping cart, have it estimate shipping, it says the same thing. My cart contains 3 items and the total is $102.
I had been using Chrome on Windows. I used Safari on my MacBook without logging in and it does the exact same thing. It’s something in your system, either with my zip code, or the three items I’m trying to buy. They are:
