Over a week ago I placed an order for a XRP robot kit, which was immediately charged to my credit card. However, I have neither received a response (email) as to whether it was processed nor when I would expect delivery. Further, I have written customer service enquiries and left a telephone message too, but received no response at all. Please help.
I think you gotta mention the order number so that Sparkfun can check.
Since there was no email confirmation I was not given an order number.

Do you have a transaction number? Who billed you? What site were you ordering from?
I’m online with my credit card company and they said they don’t see the $114.95 transaction from SparkFun on 1/1/25 or any other date. So I made another attempt to purchase the XRP while he was still online. I went to the checkout page and tried to re-purchase. However, I got the following message in ERROR RED stating that FedEx shipping methods are unavailable. No other shipping method option was given.
NB I chose the one and only radio button “$0.00 Ground Economy” - but the transaction did not go through - I received a credit card SMS but my credit card company didn’t the transaction on their side.

Try making a new account and starting over. Use a real email address, input shipping info etc and see how that goes
The amount shown via my SMS credit card was indeed from sparkfun (it was clearly indicated as such). After another failed transaction for the same amount for the XRP I guess your system rejected (partially i believe) my charge at the shipping phase. Your system states, something along the lines, that you are not shipping with FedEx though the only option is to select the free FedEx ground option.
This has been so frustrating, so I had no other choice but to order the XRP from another retailer, which incidentally went through flawlessly.
So…it was never charged. Great!
