Fio v3 with Xbee Help

I have a Sparkfun Fio v3 with Xbee 3 connected to it. Only thing is the lights on my Fio don’t make sense. When I plug in a batter, all lights are on whether the micro switch is set to on or off. the Xbee power light and RSSI light never lights up whether using a USB cable or a battery. Is this bricked or dead?

EDIT: The Xbee module works fine when plugged into a USB explorer and verified through XCTU. Just trying to see if there is a way to recover my Fio or if I need to get another one.

Here’s a riveting 0:19 seconds of what I’m talking about. As far as the issue with the Xbee and the lights, I think I shorted the 3v3 pin that’s connected to the Xbee VIN when soldering the terminal blocks. If I jump the 3v pin from the other side of the board to the Xbee VIN it powers up fine as well as the LEDs associated with it. I just don’t understand why the switch doesn’t work when running on battery.
