I’ve tried deleting the cookie folder for sparkfun (or at least what I think it is), on both PCs.
Is this an issue with my PCs or with the forum user account?

I also access the forum from work and home, but I’ve never had a problem with having to re-login. It also always correctly remembers the “posts since your last visit”.
I’m using IE7 with default security settings; not sure about you…
I’m also assuming you use the forum check-box to “remember my login”, rather than the IE / Firefox option to remember password.

of the many other forums I visit, SFE’s is the only one with this issue. I’ve tried deleting the cookie folder at home and work.
All I can suggest is trying IE. I’ve found some sites won’t work properly with firefox, others won’t work with IE…

This is called the session expire issue. Please check the default setting of the browser. And use the Roboform software for automatic login. Don’t forget to select the remember option when you log in.
