For NEO-M8U what is the difference between UBX-HNR-INS and UBX-ESF-INS

For NEO-M8U what is the difference between UBX-HNR-INS and UBX-ESF-INS?

For UBX-ESF-INS indicates Compensated z-axis acceleration (gravity free) and example UBX-HNR-INS indicates Compensated z-axis acceleration (with gravity).

The gravity part is obvious but how does gravity influence the X and Y accelerations for the HNR INS message?

Any thoughts would be apprciated.

Thanks

Hi Bruce.

Unfortunately this isn’t really a question we’re able to answer, you might try Ublox at the link below since they’re the experts on these modules.
