Does anyone have any technical information on how to connect this to a
Graphtec GL7000 strain gauge module? The “spec” sheet is a simple 1/2 page excel table that is really lacking in information.

These 3-wire load cells* are only half a bridge each and need to be connected to each other in an array to work with most strain gauge instrumentation. SparkFun’s Combinator should make this easier:

I recommend staying away from these half bridge sensors; they’re a compromise, at best.
