Getting Started With LillyPad

I am brand new to e-textiles and had a question about the LilyPad Arduino 328 Main Board that we just ordered. I know that I need an FDTI in order to power my circuit. Is there a specific one that works best with the Lillypad? Is there anything I need to know to get started?
