GM862 Send GPS coordinates via sms text

I have a GM862 GPS module, using a tmobile sim.

It all turns on, but i have little experince in python code,

Could someone guide me.

I need to send GPS coordinates (long and lat) every 3 minutes to my english mobile phone ,via sms text.
