GP-20U7 Connector pin numbers

Does anyone know the pin mapping for the JST connector on the GP-20U7? That is, which pin number for VCC, TX, and GND. It looks like it’s either 1: VCC, 2: GND, 3: TX or 1: TX, 2: GND, 3: VCC.

After some digging it looks like 1: TX, 2: GND, 3: VCC is correct. Can anyone verify that?

I forget how JST numbers their pins, but the wire colors are as follows:

  • - Red = VCC
  • - Black = GND
  • - White = TX

    • Just see what position the different color wires are on the connector and verify that with a JST data sheet for the pin numbers.
