I always keep on hand one of the USB current meters that tepalia02 mentioned. Very handy.
And I just happen to have hardware to get actual readings. ZED-F9P + u-blox antenna:

~120mA with no SIV (acquisition). This matches the datasheet specs pretty well:

Running two ZEDs with active antennas off a USB port shouldn’t get above 250mA and should be well under the 500mA limit of any given USB port.
