I’ve been going through this page (https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/gp … -guide/all) on the RTK2 Board, and it appears that you need “u-center” installed on the device you wish to connect to the board to use or at least configure it. From what I’ve looked at it doesn’t appear that u-center is compatible with Linux devices. Would there still be a way to interface the RTK2 with the device? If not is there a potential alternative for GPS tracking on ARM devices?
Configure it on windows, then use it on linux?
Maybe, though that still doesn’t answer if it’s actually compatible with Linux at all. That also would be somewhat impractical since the device is meant to be deployed to a remote site.
It just sends NMEA data as ASCII text via serial, that will work with Linux.
