We are looking for an unlocked GPS and antennas for use on a 3U CubeSat. We need a short lead time and were wondering if sparkfun had any options.
Sadly we do not have any unlocked GPS units as we’re not licensed to carry them.
You’re probably going to have to go through a governmental agency to get authorization for something like this.
Wish I had some advice, but this is out of my scope. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to post though!

The unlocked GPS seller needs authentication. TO buy one, you would have to buy it offline. The seller might ask the purpose. A heads up, try finding it in a university or college having an Electronics Engineering program.
