I need to connect Ublox module from you to the Nvidia Jetson nano Module and I want to use your Raspberri pi Hat (this [https://www.sparkfun.com/products/14459] just to get an elegant connection between Nano and gps Ublox.
but as soon as I stick the hat on the Jetson, the Jetson will not boot althoug a green led turns on.
Please see the picture below how the set up looks like. …What Am I doing wrong here?
It doesn’t look like your pictures came across, but it’s possible you may have the board on backwards. The Jetson has pin 1 on the left hand side of the GPIO connector and the Pi has it on the right hand side. I don’t have a Jetson and Qwiic HAT handy at the moment to check. but I don’t know for sure if the two will fit together in the proper orientation.
The HAT should be installed with the components face down and the Qwiic sockets pointed into the center of the Jetson board to be in the correct orientation.
I attached the picture of the setup. Please have a look, I think the orientation correspond to raspberry pi. The pin markings on the Hat are quite strange, and comparing it to raspberry, the orientation should match.
You need to rotate the board 180 degrees so that the USB text on the board points away from the USB connector on the Jetson. This board was designed for the Pi and the Jetson has it’s connector rotated 180 degrees from the Pi so the board needs to be put on the Jetson the other way around.
Because of the heatsink on the Jetson, you’re going to need some sort of extension on the Jetson’s GPIO pins for the board to fit.
