I have made this for a long time, now I can share with everyone: the production process is described below

First prepare the material:

  1. A4 large powder (company office supplies)

  2. The electric screwdriver

  3. a Bit

  4. Three blue light emitting diode

  5. a set of burning Single chip microcomputer

  6. A A4 paper bag packaging

  7. Soldering iron

  8. Some Solder wire

  9. Single chip microcomputer [AT89S52 pdf

  10. a number of Lead

  11. Several heat shrinkable tube

Then printed the PCB file on A4 powder with double-sided adhesive to positioning and mounting holes of light-emitting diodes (leds) .http://www.geekfans.com/forum.php?mod=a … YzNQ%3D%3D

Punch it with the electric screwdriver with drill bit, after the hole finished plug leds as required in the air.(notice that the installation direction)

Use soldering iron to connect the positive sub of the light-emitting diodes (leds), as shown in the image

Solder joints with heat shrinkable tubes for heat shrinkage, so as to avoid short circuit.

Because of the microcontroller development board is also bought respectively, so I have to weld it myself

Download MCU program after welding in the whole tooling in the upper left corner, then put the light emitting diode’s cathode lead a pair of hands on each pin of MCU

Welding on the corresponding components, it’s almost done.

Try to power on.
