heating pad

Hello everyone!

Im new to play with electronics.

Im Dan and I play with heating pad but I have one problem.

When charging stops blinking the pad is cold again and when battery is still charging heat is hard to feel.

What I done wrong to make it working?

I want it to heat on battery, and make on/off button, what I missing? Please help if you can.

Links to each of the items in your pic. I suspect that the LiPo charger can't supply enough current to the pad *while* it's charging the battery. What level of current can your USB port provide ?
