Help needed - My PCB layout not working

Hi everyone,

I am using a single sided PCB for my RF application. I set the bottom layer as the ground plane. I am using through hole component.

When I test my coding with wires, it works. But when I use the RF module. It is not working.

I was thinking maybe the problem is with the ground plane. (coz when i test the circuit on strip board, it works)

Anyone have any idea why this happen?

Can you include screenshots of your board design?

Are quite certain that the two circuits are identical?
