I am trying to figure out how to program the track to loop on repeat continuously.

Unfortunately the WTV020SD doesn’t have a loop function built into the chip so there isn’t an easy way to loop a track. The least expensive sound board that will do looping is the [Qwiic MP3 Trigger. To loop with this, just ground the trigger pin for the track you want to play and leave that pin grounded all the time.
