Just scroll to the ARM-JTAG page and you’ll see a link to it.
If you can stand a 190 mb download, Alex Gibson has posted on his web site a kit of components needed to set up a complete ARM development system based on GCC. The only thing missing is the cygwin utilities which must be downloaded separately. The components download also includes a rough draft of the next revision of the tutorial.
I have experimented with Winarm and found it to be smaller and faster than the full-blown cygwin installation. The only drawback is that I couldn’t get the OpenOCD debugger version that Martin supplied to work. When we get that sorted out, WINARM will be a better way to go.
