How Can I do this? RF Link?

I am fairly new with electronic components so it would be very appreciated if anyone could help me!

I am wanting a wireless device to turn a small electric motor on and off. So I guess this means that I would need a Transmitter and Receiver. I am not too fimiliar with wireless so I do not know what to buy. Do I need anything more than this receiver(link below) with the transmitter and a type of button for it? PLEASE HELP

I’d suggest that or similar plus a Holtek encoder and decoder.
