How do I know what exact parts & what pins are broken out?

I’m prototyping with a SparkFun IoT RedBoard - ESP32 Development Board. I have a zed 9p connected via qwicc, and some of the pins to drive servos, etc. How do I know what pins will be broken out (available) ?
