How do I wiare up the Metal Pushbutton with Wires Momentary (16mm, White)?

I was hoping to use this as an on button for my caseless PC but I didn’t realize there’s no information on what the different wires do. Are the Red and Black for the button or the LED? Can some ELI5 the wire colors?

Do you think the motherboards LED± will work or because the LED is pwm it wont?

The pinout is labeled, very small (if you unclip the plastic housing):
‘+’ and ‘-’ are the LED’s power pins (red and black)
C1 = Common/Green, NO1 = Normally-Open/White, NC1 Normally-Closed/Blue
