How to connect LoRa Radio to RTK (Surveyor-Express-Facet)?

Dear users and SparkFun Staff,

I have a RTK Surveyor, I’ve used it in PPS mode for several times in Central America, obtaining a 40cm accuracy. I’ve tried the NTRIP correction service, but there are none available in the right way for my region.
I would like to buy a RTK Facet or RTK Express to use both in RTK mode (the Surveyor as base and the Facet as rover), so I’m asking if it’s possible to connect both with SparkFun LoRa Radio and how to do it? That’s because I need to use RTK mode in a rural mountain area without 4G connectivity or even mobile internet.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

-David.

Certainly - grab 2x cables, 1x radios and then use them like so after setting them as base/rover

Thanks Russell. But, I would like to know if it is possible to use the SparkFun LoRaSerial Kit - 915MHz to communicate between base and rover in an effective way in mountain conditions?

Not very well (they require line-of-sight)…you might be better served by a single SparkFun RTK Facet L-Band - GPS-20000 - SparkFun Electronics if there is L-band coverage where you are

Otherwise, you can look into something like a wifi repeater/extender node or similar?
