I am a newer.I need a arduino mega2560 and a 3.2" LCD,but I hate the wires connected between the lcd and the mega2560.
The kit including the mega2560 R3 and the lcd with touch screen is so cheap. but is it any good?

Well, that’s how you prototype… Once you get it working, you can go a more permanent route, like making your own PCB.

Sainsmart is ok, but this is a clone. They may use cheaper parts or the workmanship is shotty.
