how to enter audio to lilypad?

Hello

I need to enter audio from another source to the lilypad for it to process and take it out for its normal output. How can I do it?

Can audio enter via Bluetooth? could I put a 3.5 jack in?

Thank you!

Hello

is it possible or is there some other small arduino similar in size to the LilyPad with which I can do it?

Thanks!

What do you intend to do with the audio once it’s in your lilypad?

I intend to put a microphone to the Lilypad and that regulates the volume of incoming and local sound according to the ambient noise: that when there is more noise, the volume of the sound rises in those same decibels

Thank you!

Ah, I see.

You’d connect your audio output to one of the lilypad analog inputs, then read the signal levels to get an average “noise” level. Just make sure your audio levels don’t exceed the voltage you’re powering the lilypad with.

Mmm

I just realized that I did not specify that it is the lilypad MP3, which is the one that has the ability to play audios from the SD. In the “normal” if I see the analog inputs, but in the “MP3”, what are they?

and if you don’t have them, how could you get it?

Thank you and sorry for the confusion!

PS:

now he was looking at another website and says that the inputs can also be used as analog inputs.

Then would you attach one of the pins of the 3.5 jack to one of the inputs and that signal could be processed directly and taken out by the LilyPad’s own 3.5mm jack?

Thanks!

The T1 pin on the lilypad mp3 can be used as an analog input.

You can put audio into the board but you can’t get that audio back out. It only plays MP3s stored on a SD card.

ok, and I understand there’s no way to do it. Is there an alternative to do it with another similar board or any module?

Thanks a lot!

Nothing we have unfortunately. :frowning:
