How to find the transfer function of a motor

Hi. I’m new to sparkfun so let me know if my first question is ill-posed…

I bought “Servo - Generic High Torque (Standard Size)” ROB-11965 ROHS to build a mechatronic device. I will use an Arduino microprocessor to implement a control algorithm but it seems like I don’t know what the motor’s transfer function is. Is there anywhere I could find this information? State space models are also very needed. Thank you.
