How to generate a Matter Test Certificate for MGM240P using Amazon Alexa

The Thing Plus MGM240P does not come with a Matter certificate and the tutorial only shows how to generate a test certificate for the Google hub.

Can some one one tell me how to generate one for the Amazon Alexa? Can’t really use the two boards that I have otherwise.
