Now I am trying to upgarde the target with wireless camera interface using ZigBee, if I get any method available for interfacing wireless camera with ZigBee, please share your suggestion to me Sir…

Use a low Baud rate, 57.6k or less, asynchronous serial camera and connect to the DIN pin on the XBee.
Any data rate faster than this won’t work.
Wireless video on robotics platform: by all means, go for analog video, say, one of the 2.4GHz low cost video-senders. Need frame rate and quality - not possible with low speed data.babupg:

(be sure to distinguish ZigBee ™ from IEEE 802.15.4, much as you distinguish TCP/IP from 802.3).
