I am using an OLA to log temperature readings on test units of a piece of equipment we currently manufacture. The logging rig is being mounted in an enclosure as there is a water splash hazard. I want to use a Qwiic Button mounted on the enclosure front as a reset button for the OLA so I don’t have to open the enclosure every day to push the tiny reset button on the OLA itself. I am a long time electronics enthusiast but only now in my new career am I able to actually get into the actual field in any concrete way. I would like help to get this accomplished so I can stop bugging our Programmer/Hardware expert, distracting him from what he’s working on.
I believe you can connect a button between RST and GND with a bit of wire and that should work for you.
