I need one LIS3LV02DQ breakout board

I have just spoken with customer service and they provided me with the discontinued LIS3LV02DQ (http://www.sparkfun.com/products/758) eagle and schematic files. Our question is how much would it be to make one of these breakout boards (we have the chip itself), what is the process like, and how long would it take? Thanks.

PS: could we send you the chip to surface mount as well?

All the details of prices, lead times, board requirements, etc. can be found on the BatchPCB website. http://batchpcb.com

They do not assemble boards so you will be responsible for doing it yourself or finding another company to do so.

just buy a stencil, a toaster, and some solder paste and reflow it yourself.
