This isn’t really a bluetooth question, but I wasn’t sure where to post it. I have a IMU 6 Degrees of Freedom - v2 and the output isn’t what I expect. I’m not sure if the problem is my understanding of the device or the device itself.
After collecting setting up the device, I captured the streaming with hyperterminal. Each line begins with A and end with Z. At the time the device had been sitting still for some time. However, the values for the gyro rate output are not where I’d expect them. Shouldn’t the values in the gyro output colums(2,5,8) be ~512 to indicate 0 degrees/sec? Also, column 7 should be the temperature value for the roll temperature output. Shouldn’t this value be similar to the outputs in columns 4 and 10, which are the pitch and yaw temperature outputs. Below are a few lines from the captured output. Again, the IMU was sitting undisturbed while I collected the streaming output.
