i dont know, but it might solve all the write issues or communication lost problems. or can it be possible to restore the factory setup? xctu restore doesnt work. just pop up the message continuously!

Not “format”, but of course XCTU can re-install firmware and reset all the configuration parametes. But in may be that your problems are unrelated.
If you describe the problems in specifics, perhaps we can suggest troubleshooting methods.
