ISL29125 RGB light sensor measure black color

I have a question about the ISL29125 RGB light sensor.

After I bought it, I used it many times (more than 20 times) with LED 5MM diodes green and blue to measure the intensity that passed through my sample. By the way, I found out today that the initial intensity (measure black colour) of three channels is 1 but it is supposed to be 0.

Do you have any suggestions for this?

Hello, is everything alright with your connection? Which arduino board are you using? Are you using an Arduino UNO with logic level converter? Or something else?

Thanks for replying me ! .I used RGB sensor with esp32 and it no need to use logic level converter because esp32 already provides 3.3 volt to the sensor. Moreover, I checked the connection and it correct to the right pin.
