I have no possibility to order jtag device, shall try made in by myself…

Checkout the Application Report SLAA184 titled MSP430 Isolated FET Interface at www.ti.com/msp430
I just uploaded a more simpler JTAG without electrical isolation and it can be found at www.cap.com.sg/430JTAG.pdf (I have not tested this circuit so build it at your onw risk)
