What are the KeepOut, TopStencil and BottomStencil layers used for?
I was under the impression BatchPCB didn’t make solder paste stencils, and I’ve no clue what KeepOut does…
What PCB software?
Keepout with the software I use will give a DRC error if anything is inside it. Stencils are used for surface-mount assembly.
Batch PCB does not offer a stenciling service although it would be really awesome if we did. Something to strive for in the future. No need to add any of these files with your zip. If you have any other questions email me at Support@batchpcb.com
