KICAD files for Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 I/O Board

I cannot load the KICAD file for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 I/O Board provided in the documentation section of the item. The files appear to be a different format and ot recognized by My KICAD. I have used KICAD for 7+ years and many versions and have the latest V5.x.x installation. Below are examples of the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 I/O Board schematic and PCB files and files from a recent project that I made in the tool. Can you help me figure out the correct translation or help me identify what version of KiCAD they will open correctly on? Thx.

You’d need to contact raspberry pi for help with those files, they are the ones that supply them.
