Lassen iQ Evaluation Kit - USB Drivers

I have the Lassen iQ Evaluation Kit but I am having difficulties with the drivers.

I get a USB Device Not Recognized when I plug it in (one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it).

When the board is plugged in it shows up in Device Manager under USB Controllers as an unknown device rather than under COM Ports. (This is after installing the drivers)

Can anyone verify what the correct procedure is to get the drivers installed?

I too have the Lassen IQ Evaluation Kit but I cannot get the drivers to get the eval board and computer communicating properly. I followed all the steps I found in the driver pdf file but I am still having no luck. My device does not show up under the COM ports either.

Ok I uninstalled it and then reinstalled and now its working…except when I discover devices on the trimble monitor it finds TSIP on Com 4 and NMEA on Com 3 although the device is only listed under Com 4 on the device manager. The TSIP works but the NMEA does not give me anything on the Monitor. Any ideas?
