Looking for a driver with less than 50 mAmp output current

Hi!

I am looking for a driver that I can interface with my Arduino to generate a DC current of less than 50mA to drive a coil. I have looked at motor drivers but could not find anything. Please let me know any driver available that can do the job. I have been looking at LED drivers but am unsure if they can do it.

A transistor with a flyback diode would be the simplest, cheapest solution.
