Looking for a long-distance LF wakeup solution

I’m looking for a long-distance LF (125KHz ～ 135KHz) solution to wakeup an active UHF system. I hope the wakeup distance be more than 3 meters. Any good ideas?

A simple PIC outputting a 125KHz signal, maybe AM modulated (on-off with pattern), and a super-reactive receiver at other side?

(just a thought)

IMHO, a sensitive receiver is the one integrated into PIC16F639 and the range with a big inductor at transmitter is about 2m.
