Low power clock source

Hey all,

Im on the hunt for an 500 KHz to 2 MHz clock source for an ultra low power project running from a 2032 battery. Our average current is approx 300uA so this clock needs to be very very low power

The best I have found so far is http://www.linear.com/product/LTC6906 but thats around 40uA…which to us is a lot!

Does anyone have any suggestions for other parts/circuits?

Mat

Googling “ultra low power oscillator schematic” turns up a lot of material, with the first hit describing oscillators than run on a couple of microwatts: http://www.aldinc.com/pdf/UltraLowPowerOscillators.pdf

Thank you! The joys of having slightly different search terms finding dramatically different results
